VRU Chocolate refiner conches are used for producing high-quality chocolate products.  The ingredients are ground into very small particles, producing a smooth, luxurious texture.  The drive mechanism of the blades consists of an electro motor and a heavily constructed reduction gearbox, arranged separately from the grinding chamber.  It’s  the necessary machine for producing chocolate.
